Hello, I'm Stephanie Baker. I am the School Social Worker for Timber SagePrairie Creek, Woodland Spring and the high school. I am very excited to be part of Spring Hill School District! I have been a social worker in many capacities for 17 years. I have worked as a social worker in the hospital setting, with veterans, at domestic violence shelters, as a school-based mental health therapist, Hospice, and in an outpatient therapy clinic doing individual and group therapy. I have experience working with diverse individuals of all ages and socioeconomic backgrounds. I graduated with my undergraduate degree from Northwest Missouri State University in Psychology and later pursued my Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Iowa. I am very excited to be a part of the Spring Hill School District community!

My name is Larkin Fales and I am a Licensed Master's Social Close up portrait of Larkin FalesWorker (LMSW). I obtained my undergrad degree from Bethany College and completed my graduate studies at KU. I am coming from several years experience at KVC in foster care and family preservation and a few years experience at Basehor-Linwood/Tonganoxie school district. I have experience in working with people of diverse backgrounds and socio-economic status and these jobs prepared me to be able to serve the Spring Hill school district well.

As a school social worker, I support students with their social emotional needs, provide resources to families, support teachers and staff in utilizing effective strengths-based strategies for behavior management, provide education on the negative effects of trauma and how to be trauma informed, and create supportive, long lasting relationships with students, staff, and families.

I will be serving Spring Hill Elementary, Wolf Creek Elementary, and Spring Hill Middle and I am so excited to be a part of this amazing and wonderful district!
