SHHS Spring Play "Museum" - April 6th & 7th

What is art? This question has unique answers depending on the person being asked. The SHHS Theatre Department's spring play production will cause the viewer to confront their own , as well as society's, views on these questions.

Museum, by Tina Howe, is a day-in-the-life, experiential play about a contemporary art gallery. Within the play the audience gets to experience the art itself. Then they get to watch the different characters of our world experience the same art. The characters and experiences we share together are an entertaining way to illustrate the polarizing nature of what constitutes "good" art; and in our case, "good" theatre.

This unique theatrical experience is on you do not want to miss. Our students are hard at work on stage and off putting everything together. Along with the actors, this show will feature the talents and efforts of many of our student artists from within our photography and 2D art classes.

Make plans now to see our production of the unique, entertaining, and thought-provoking play, Museum, April 6th and 7th at 7 p.m. in the SHHS auditorium. General admission tickets are $8 and can be purchased at the door the night of the performance.

Recommended for ages 12 and up.
